As an organizational psychologist and a systemic consultant, I worked for many years in human resource and organizational development. With a master’s program in human rights I made a topic close to my heart the new focus of my professional life.
Due to my experience in consultancy I know the challenges and needs of companies, combined with a profound expertise in the field of human rights. My approach in management consulting is to develop efficient and pragmatic concepts to respect and foster human rights as well as to show that business and human rights do not have to be contradicting concepts.
