Avoid human rights violations, combat discrimination
In individual workshops I provide my participants knowledge on international human rights standards.
Knowledge on human rights is decisive for promoting our own rights and the rights of others. Human rights education has the aim to raise awareness, understanding and acceptance of universal human rights standards and helps to avoid human rights violations as well as to combat discrimination, racism and prejudices.
In individual workshops I provide my participants knowledge on international human rights standards, I develop their skills in respecting and fostering these standards and start personal reflection and discussions on their own attitude towards human rights issues.

In this workshop I answer in an interactive setting and with practical examples questions like:
- Which rights are included in the term "human rights"?
- Which international standards do exist?
- Which human rights are relevant for companies?
- In what way are companies responsible ?
- Which legal and normative frameworks do exist for companies?

In further in-depths workshops I expand on specific human rights topics, depending on the company's needs and interests.
